Sorry I'm a bit late- we lost internet yesterday. Here's the smart shopping tip of the week:

- Compare shop: The best deals at stores are up a little bit. The products at eye-level are the ones that probably aren't very good for you. If you have time, look up on the shelves and see the other options, maybe you'll see a better product. It may be more expensive, but it's actually a better deal, since even if the ones down below are cheaper, you'll more likely spend more time at the doctor, who will be taking your "saved" money. So, compare two different brands and choose the smarter one.
